The Hawg Dancer is designed to be used as a jerk bait that can be fished in two different ways. One of the most effective ways is to use short quick jerks with a slight pause between each jerk motion. This creates a left/down, back/up, right/down, back/up motion that imitates a wounded fish. Secondly, reel the Hawg Dancer straight in to start the wobble action of the bait. At any point in your retrieve, give a long pull or a short jerk to give the impression of a fish in distress. Let the bait do a dead rise for a moment and start the motion all over again. We are sure you won't be disappointed.
